StreamPulse provides an automated live streaming service that allows users to broadcast 24/7 on platforms such as YouTube using pre-existing videos. This Service facilitates live streaming without the need for server setup by utilizing user-uploaded videos and curated playlists.

2. Account Registration and Requirements
To access and use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, and a secure password. All personal information provided during the registration process will be secured and encrypted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. You must ensure that the content you upload, including videos and audio, complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and digital rights. It is your responsibility to ensure that your content is DMCA compliant and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

4. Subscription Fees and Payment Terms
The Service operates on a subscription basis. Payment for these subscriptions is processed securely through Stripe and is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, refunds are not available for any subscription fees already paid.

5. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with StreamPulse.

6. Cancellation and Termination
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the end of the current billing cycle, and the service will be discontinued at the end of the subscription period. If you violate any of these Terms, StreamPulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property
By uploading content to StreamPulse, you grant StreamPulse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to broadcast, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content but you are required to grant limited rights to us necessary for the operation of the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

9. Modifications to the Terms
StreamPulse reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
